I wish that Starbucks in Morelia, Mexico, would get their act together. They need to send a corporate manager in for a month! It's a bomb!

The Internet is ALWAYS down ... they claim it is the provider's fault ... but my office is just down the street and our Internet is always up and running fine! Surely Starbucks can afford the best!
